In editing, you might be able to fix a plosive by applying the "High pass filter" on it. The option should be in the Effects menu in Audacity. You zoom in, select (highlight with your mouse) just the plosive s-wave and then menu Effects -> High pass filter, try with 12 dB rolloff, 300 Hz cutoff. If the result is not satisfying and the plosive is too intruding, then the next option is re-recording that bit.
