I'm very sorry that it has taken me so long to record this. I've lately become much more organized about my recording, so I should have the other section I volunteered for much sooner.

Thank you for your patience!
Well worth the wait, thank you! PL OK!

Nicely read, thank you! Just 2 things: At the end of a chapter that is not the final one, the phrase "End of The Story of King Arthur, in Twelve Tales, by Winona Caroline Martin. " is not read. Also, there should be ~5 seconds of silence at the end and there is 2.5 seconds here. These should be really easy fixes. Great Job!

Sorry for the delay, hope this version is better, took out the the book ending and added in about 2.5 more seconds of silence at the end :)

Cheers,

Thank you Rachel, I would say Tale 10 (note that it is 23:20 in duration) is PL OK. Nice Reading! But a couple things:

The filename is incorrect and should contain the author's name (see first post for format). I'm sure Carolin can change it but getting it right would make less work for her and probably limit chance of error down the line, I would guess.

The beginning silence is a touch long at 1.2 seconds but not really noticeably so and since no other changes in the file are necessary, I am sure it is ok. Just something to generally be aware of, I think.

Overall, the noise level seems a little better than what I remember of your previous recordings, until the fan cycles on and adds around 10-15 dB of noise. Addressing this would probably be the biggest thing to improve overall sound quality in future.

But I enjoyed the story and your reading, so glad to have the recording here for sure! Thank You!

Hi Carolin,
I'm really sorry. i have tried to record section 8 twice but I can't get the sound right. I think it would be better to give it to someone else.
