Oh my word above was that a difficult read!!! Longest sentence clocked in at 5 lines. Phew!!! Good thing I was in an English parlor play otherwise, there was no way I would have been able to parse some of those sentences. Anyways, reading is all done and now on to editing. I currently have an hour and a half of audio which I expect will get cut down to about 45 minutes.
Section 14 Retby-In which Elizabeth wonders what the big deal about French cheese is and what sort of "ideas" it might give her. I can only assume it is implying here that French cheese is very sensual???
Also, what is the reading policy on words where part of it has been redacted? In my section it is to block out swearing.

It reads:
"If you keep a d----d puppy to look after your other d----d puppies, why the devil don't you see he does it!"

So I read it as "If you keep a d"redacted"d puppy to look after your other d"redacted"d puppies..."
But then I read another take where I just read "If you keep a damned puppy to look after your other damned puppies..."
Renegade librarian on a mission!

Thanks for the update!

The dashes are causinv us problems regularly. There are several threads in need help got advice which you might bd interested in. I personally think that reading "damned" in those cases is most convenient. Thank you :)

Scratch that. I did a reading of 5 and I think Section 10 Champs Elysees would be a better fit for me.

Can I claim Section 10 please?

Here is section 4:
https://librivox.org/uploads/carolin/visitsofelizabeth_04_glyn_128kb.mp3

It is 16:50, including the five-second tail of silence.

**note: I first posted this with the wrong section number. Section 4 is correct.**
