Dek - yes, unfortunately that is true, because the author is still under copyright for you. You'd be breaking your local copyright laws if you recorded this.
Serial novel: The Wandering Jew

Aha,
Kitty has clarified for me, I, being in Europe am bound by European copyright law and, as such, am not eligible to make aa addition to this project. I recorded the chapter anyway, good practice!
Look forward to the opportunity to collaborate at a later date.
best,
dek

Thank YOU for finding this text. I've been reading cummings since high school -- a LONG time -- but I never knew about this experience in his life.

Thanks for the section!
I didn't find it myself; I found it in Book Suggestions.

Chapter 12:
19:04 - stumble & repeat: "had already...has already been mentioned"
Since you're in there, would you please cut the end silence down to 5 seconds? 10 seconds aren't needed anymore.

Thanks for catching that stumble. I fixed it and the end silence:

Welcome! I've penciled you in.
How would you like to be credited in the catalog? There are places for a catalog name (some use a nickname or forum name, some their real name) and a link to a personal web site or blog, if you have one. I recommend using whatever name you say (if any) when you say, "recorded by [your name]" as that's how listeners will look for you. (Keep in mind that prospective employers, classmates, enemies, etc. can also find you using the catalog name, so be cautious if privacy might be an issue.)
Please do complete the 1-minute test before starting on this. That way you can get any technical issues fixed on a smaller recording. It would stink to record an entire 3700-word section only to have it unusable due to some wrong setting!

Section 15 PL OK.
Ha! I posted "feel free to claim more", then when I posted it, saw that you had edited your post to do just that! 8 and 9 are yours.
