Greetings -

Section 15 is PL OK.

Nicely read, NemoR

My mouth was watering until I reached Roasted Fawn. Somehow, the thought of looking at a slab of Bambi on my plate didn't make my stomach stand up and cheer. I can only wait until Boiled Calf's Head.

Section 16 is PL OK.

I have got to stop relating this to cartoons. It was discomforting to think of Fricasseed Bugs Bunny.

Greetings -

Section 18 is PL OK.

This section on cooking game birds left me with nothing to grouse about.

OK, sign me up as DPL for this one. I'm hooked again with this enjoyable use of my retired time.

OK, when it comes to cooking game birds, I will rail against broiling robins.

Thanks again for the read, NemoR

One little thing, how long is the recording (mm.ss)? Please remember to always post the duration of a recording when you post a link so that i can update the magic window :) thank you!

Better lay in a good supply of fat salt pork and currant jelly. Seems like every meat recipe calls for them. Me? I will substitute sriracha sauce and save the currant jelly for the scones.
