My mouth was watering until I reached Roasted Fawn. Somehow, the thought of looking at a slab of Bambi on my plate didn't make my stomach stand up and cheer. I can only wait until Boiled Calf's Head.

Better lay in a good supply of fat salt pork and currant jelly. Seems like every meat recipe calls for them. Me? I will substitute sriracha sauce and save the currant jelly for the scones.
