Greetings -

Section 7 is PL OK.

From this section, I learned that if my dish of scalloped oysters is large, I am to brown it by setting it upon the upper grating of oven, or by holding a hot shovel over it. How many of us have a shovel conveniently placed in our kitchen for the occasional browning?

Greetings -

Section 44 - This section of fine sounding delicacies (with the exception of the calf's feet jelly) has just one thing that might need attention:

Time: 18:10 "for the bottom and top, each in one piece." Reading omits the word "piece".

Section 4 adjusted from 19:57 to 19:10 in harmony with PL notes on length of silences.
