Hey MaryAnn,
Here is just a compilation of Linny's PL Notes for your sections. Hope this helps with correcting and Spot PLing :D

Section 26 - Chapter XVII : Liability
24:47 – missing text – Chiefly, though not exclusively, in consequence of the territorial limits of the jurisdiction of courts, it is often material to determine the place in which an act is done.

Section 28 - Chapter XVIII : Intention And Negligence - Part 2
15:33 – Were men to act on any other principle than this, excess of caution would paralyze the business of the world.
I hear exercise

32:54 The duty of carefulness:
I hear carelessness

Section 29 - Chapter XIX : Liability (continued)
18:21 – missing word – Furthermore, so long as punishment is conceived rather as expiative, retributive, and vindictive, than as deterrent and reformative, there seems no reason why the incidence of liability should not be determined by consent, and therefore why a guilty man should not provide a substitute to bear his penalty and to provide the needful satisfaction to the law.

39:50 End of chapter 19 should be End of section 29.

Section 31 - Chapter XX : The Law Of Property - Part 2
8:54 – 2. Rights of distress or seizure – consisting in the right to take possession of the property of the debtor, with or without a power of sale.
I hear prior

Thank you Divya.

It's been busy at work and home the last few weeks. I'll try to get these in this week.

Hello Justin,
Very nicely read. :)

PL notes for chapter 22
Volume is too low at 77.6dB. Please amplify. We aim at 89dB but accept anything from 86-92dB.

0:20 missing part of section title – Chapter XV: Persons – Part 1

For your next section please consider including the section numbers. The other readers have all been including them. Example: 0:21 Section 108, The Nature of Personality.

In case Divya wants them included on this section here are the timestamps.
3:09 Section 109, The Legal Status of the Lower Animals
6:35 Section 110, The Legal Status of Dead Men
10:12 Section 111, The Legal Status of Unborn Persons
13:02 Section 112, Double Personality
You included the words Section 113, and Section 114,.

Please remember to post the file length when you post your links.

@Justin Since all the other readers have been reading the section numbers I would request you to include them in the recording if it is not too much trouble :)

Please note that I have decided not to record the appendices (unless someone really wants to).
Thus, only sections 8, 15 and 18 are Open at present.

I'll take section 15 since it's right in the middle of the ones I already recorded!
