I don't remember whether you ever decided for sure whether you wanted to use the sound of the chime in this book or not, Stav. Since this chapter includes it, I went ahead and stuck it in, to see what you think. It's at around 12:40. Let me know what you think. If you don't like it, I will remove it. But if you do want to use it, I'm also willing to insert it in each other chapter where it appears.

I'll do sections 38, 39, and 40 next.

Hi Devorah ,
thanks for 21 and 22. 38-40 are all yours. You told me the chime is in the public domain, so I said you can use it. I am sorry for not being clear. As long as it is in the public domain, I don't mind.
Stav.

Sure! Let me please have Book IV, Chapter V & Book IV, Chapter VI too. BTW, I noticed the Magic Window still shows my previous section as "Open".

I'll get to work on the new sections right away! :D

Ok, thanks for the clarification. I remember we did eventually agree it was public domain, but still, you're the boss, and you might have decided you didn't want it. I didn't want to feel I was taking over your project. :D

I'll go ahead and add the chime to the other sections where it appears, then, as the readers complete them. When I do, I'll re-post with the new total time of each section as well as a note of where the chime appears within the sections, for a spot PL.

Devorah, you know what's the wise thing about managing? That I am not the boss, that we decide together and I cannot just say what ever I like and expect others to follow even if what I said was not reasonable or fair or honest. I allow myself to make mistakes, too. This is the way I can manage many projects here, by knowing when I should put the line and knowing when the readers may have better ideas about something.

Thanks for asking me to do it. I'll wait to see if I get a "PL OK" and then proceed. I actually get them done in a studio. Meanwhile here's the next section: https://librivox.org/uploads/alg1001/heavenlytwins_58_grand_128kb.mp3
