COMPLETE[BIO] Pinero, Playwright by Hamilton Fyfe - thw
Wonderful. If you upload them and post a link to the quotes here in the forum I will cut them into what I recorded to complete the section - and the project. And give you credit as co-reader for that section.
Note: I will be out of town until middle of next week and won't be able to process them until I return then, so don't need to hurry greatly on this.
Thank you, Todd

How should I name the file? And do I need to add anything at the beginning of the recording? French lines recorded by....?ToddHW wrote: ↑August 8th, 2019, 4:05 pm Wonderful. Howsabout "section8frenchquotes" and upload using the first posting link for this project, selecting me as MC? That'll make it easy for me to find and use.
For credit, since I will say "recorded by Todd" at the end of the recording, you could add "with French quotes by _____" and I will cut that in.
Thanks, Todd

Hi Todd,
Here is the file with the French quotes:
https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/section8frenchquotes_128kb.mp3 1:52
I left in "said Mr. Walewski" and "a million times no". I added also that same line in French "mille fois non", in case you wanted it. You can easily delete these lines if you wish.

Thanks. I am out of town until middle of next week but will listen and then finish the section off with your French.
Thanks, Todd

Okay, the French quotes (wonderful - thank you so much!) are cut in and Section 8 is ready for final PL.
And then this project will be complete!
Thanks, Todd

You are welcome, Todd... anytime you need French, Spanish or Russian, just message me. German and Italian too, in case the European narrators can’t do it, because of PD issues in their countries. I’m glad I could help you out!

One optional note for you, Todd.
3:05-3:08 "Even when a man has the brain and a heart of a Robert Buchanan..." Optional pronunciation note. The name here sounds to me like "Buck-an" rather than the more common pronunciation Byoo-Cann-un. He seems to have been a rather well-known playwright, and people who are interested in theatrical history may well be familiar with this man, which is why I mention it. (Incidentally, I've found a few of his plays, which I've just posted in Play Suggestions. )

I was thinking it was John Buchan of "The 39 Steps" fame. Ah well. Change has been made where you suggest; ready for spot PL.
Thanks, Todd
