Proofed your file and heard only one minor thing:
If there had been any fraud about it, 14:33 they would not have/would they not have withdrawn the paper?
The subjunctive contrary-to-fact voice is appropriate, I think. But, that's just me, a grammar nazi.

No idea what "subjunctive contrary to fact voice" is, but I changed it. :)

Section 35 is uploaded.

Voice very hoarse from the residuals of the flu, but I don't think it will matter so much on this project, as Ingersoll could well be hoarse from 2 years of talking, talking, talking. Thanks for PL'ing, Bill.

In re: Section 35:

A remarkably clean and fluent reading!

Only 3 very minor cavils did I hear:

6:18 - the word "all", missing in the original was inserted
"And yet !! 6:18-ALL those affidavits vary in per cent, all the way from "

9:21:30 "Ummmm-Hummmm" missing in the original, is interjected
"... passable upon their face. !!!9:21:30 Umm-Hummmm Another thing: These very routes..."

12:53 The text word "I" was replaced by "they"
" think !! 12:53 I not they have been engaged in this suit, "

In re: Section 36

Another outstanding reading of the text!
You're really good at this recording stuff.

I found only two items worth mentioning:

12:13 omitted sentence: "If corroboration was so necessary why were not their witnesses corroborated? Why didn't they call Mr. Bosler to corroborate their witness?"

36:08 "provincial" English pronunciation s/b "/prəˈvin(t)SH(ə)l/" (pro-VIN-chul)
meaning: inhabitant of the regions outside the capital city of a country, especially when regarded as unsophisticated or narrow-minded.

Please forgive my picky-picky attention to pronunciation - I was raised in southern Indiana, the home of many provincial proof listeners. :)

36 is uploaded with 2 corrections.

Yes, it IS easy to miss a whole sentence!!!!! And no Ingersoll wasn't talking about Provence, nor of their famous dish, Eggplant Provencal! Good catches. Thanks. And for those kind words. Ingersoll is winding up to his conclusion in 36, 37 and 38, and it is quintessential Ingersoll! I'm so happy I accidently roped myself into being the one to read it. :D

Uploaded Section 25

When/If this section become PL OK, I'd be happy to take on sections 26 and 27 if it will help the forward progress of the project.
