Gracious, what a tangled web of facts and falsehoods, petitions and contracts, and keeping the several parties straight Ingersoll has to untangle. I suppose that is where his genius lies in this tedious trial. "Here on page 4 thousand five hundred and seven" . . all found without word processors or search functions.

Only 4 errors that might be worth mentioning.

13:33 proving, I hear providing
20:50 assuring him in the meantime that he could tell the people out there, might want to mention that "he" in this instance is Miner, COULD tell the people (not would).
28:19 Mr. Major swears, I hear Mr. Moore
29:32 —"utterly uncontradicted." , i hear contradicted. Delete un.
