By the way, I tested the method shown in that video I made and apparently it does not work. <sigh>. Back to the drawing board.

Hi Brianna,
I have proof-listened to chapter 4. There is only one correction to be made: At the end of the recording, there should be a 5 second silence.
After adding the 5 seconds of silence at the end, please export the file with the exact same name as the original, upload it and post the link in the thread as before with the note "corrections made"
Thanks, Bettyann

Hi Brianna,
I have listened to chapter 22
At 00h 01 m 42 s : I did not recognize the word "accompanied" as it was pronounced, and so did not understand the sentence.
At 00h 02 m 47.6 s: "runway" should be "run-away". (as runway has a different meaning, it confused me when I heard it).
At the end of the chapter, there should be a 5 second silence added.
After your changes are made, export the file with the exact same name as the original, upload it and post the link in the thread as before with the note "corrections made"
At 00 h 02 m 54.9 s: "Utterly" is not pronounced as I am accustomed to hearing it. You may wish to change this, but this is up to you. I still grasped the meaning.
At 00h 02 m 47.6 : "Uttered" is not pronounced as I am accustomed to hearing it, but changing this is up to you.

A big Welcome to LibriVox !! Those sections are all yours to record but just bring up your volume a tiny bit before (or after) recording them. All your tech specs are fine but your overall volume is at 84 dB and we like it to be between 86 and 92 dB with the goal at 89. Since your recording was so very nice (your voice is wonderful by the way) and your have all your specs set perfectly, you probably know your way around and can do this very eaasily. If you are using Audacity this is simple. I noticed you received feedback in your 1 minute test, that is what he wants too, just a slight increase in volume so why not either increase the volume of your original recoreding or make a new one and upload it with the name of test 2 or something like that.
Ask lots of questions and we really want you to record lots and lots!!!
