Hi! I'm new here. I hope it's okay, I went ahead and proof listened Chapter 2, On Bread.
It all sounded great! I couldn't find anything at all that needed addressing.
Intro and closing good, 5 seconds' silence at the end, recording quality good, great reader with nice pacing, no stumbles or repeats.

Chapter 13 - French Candy at Home

The silence at the beginning of the file is 1.1 seconds which is a tad longer than is expected. I've marked this as PL OK as this struck me as too small a point to be worth editing, reuploading and going round the loop again, but you may want to keep a weather eye on it for future recordings.
