Absolutely, Helen! I was just getting ready to tell MaryAnn that I would PL her sections if we didn't find one soon. Thanks so much! :9:

I'll also assign myself section 9: "Forty!" while I'm thinking of it.

I finally have my recording!

3 - 12:42 - https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/mushroomsonthemoor_03_boreham_128kb.mp3

I apologize again for taking so long with it -- college certainly keeps you busy. Thanks again for the extension!

This is my first recording, so I hope I did well, and I'll be back soon to claim another section if my first is satisfactory. :D

Great, Matt, thank you! I'll make sure this gets into the MW tonight or tomorrow, and Helen will PL and let you know if any changes are needed.

Hello Devorah!

Could I please read numbers 21-25? (That's "Onions" - "Lily")

Thanks,
Lillis

Hi, Lillis! Welcome to LibriVox, and welcome to this project!

I hesitate to assign to you all five of those sections at once, because that's a pretty hefty chunk of recording and editing all together, even for a seasoned reader. Often new LibriVox volunteers tend to underestimate the amount of time and work that can go in to a completed chapter. I will assign you just 21-23 for the time being, and then as you complete those, you'll be more than welcome to take on a few more. This project has been moving pretty slowly for awhile, so I doubt if those other two chapters are going anywhere any time soon. Does this sound alright?
