I can take Ch. 2, Pt. 2. I'm new to this, so I'll use my username and location as Spring Hill, FL for the archive.

Any tips for me? It looks straightforward enough to me but any tips would be helpful.

Chapter 2 part 2 (section 13) is yours! Yeah, pretty straightforward. Let me know if you have questions.

We do recommend doing the 1-minute test first to make sure your settings are all OK. If you want, you can read a minute or so from this text, or use the 1-minute test text.

How would you like to be credited in the catalog? There are places for a catalog name (some use a nickname or forum name, some their real name) and a personal web site or blog, if you have one. CLICK HERE for an example of what I'm talking about. I recommend using whatever name you say (if any) when you say, "recorded by [your name]" as that's how listeners will look for you. (Keep in mind that prospective employers, classmates, etc. can also find you using the catalog name, so be cautious if privacy might be an issue.)

TriciaG,

My own name is fine. If prospective employers don't appreciate volunteering for the good of texts, it's probably not a place I'd like to work. :D

I'll get the test done and go from there. Thanks again!

Oops - I see that you had said to use your username as the catalog name.

It's in! Here's your catalog page: https://librivox.org/reader/11898
You can keep track of your assigned sections there. (Click on Reader section details to see each section.)

To get to this link yourself, use your name in any Magic Window in which you have an assigned section. Open your name link in a new tab/window (if you click on it directly, it opens right in the Magic Window). ;)

Section 15:

Outro: you say, "End of section 15." Should be "end of chapter 3, part 2"
About 1 second of silence at the end; please make this 5 seconds. :)
