I usually use it to eliminate unnecessary pauses.

Thanks for your patience.

If you want me to do another section I'll be happy to do it.

Tom
Truncate silence. I shall have to look into that. Help yourself to as many sections as you want. I may take on another one myself -- 20, the Cocker Spaniel (which seems to have been abandoned), unless that's the one you want.

Sure, I'll put you in for 14, the Beagle It's kind of long, but I know you can handle it.

Thanks on the PL'ing. I will claim it. I had a Cocker Spaniel as a child, and the scars on my leg to prove they don't much like children. I am curious to see if my dog was the exception or the rule.

As to long pages of names, I have omitted them, saying something like, "Here follows x pages of owner's names at the time of this writing."

Section 14 is PL OK. Long one. Good job. Neat little doggie. Yoda might say, "Mmmm. Miniature foxhounds, they are!"

I'll be glad to hold these for you, Heidi, but first you need to submit your 1 minute test, per instructions in your Welcome Letter. Let me know here when that has gotten the OK. Thanks, and welcome aboard.
