Kim, Section 12 is fine. But once again, my Checker says your volume is 84.8. You need to boost it to at least 86.0. Jim

Kim, I am not sure what is going on. My Checker still has you below the acceptable level for volume. What does your Checker say? When you put your file into Checker, it should tell you what your volume is. What did it say the last time you entered the link? If it says your volume is below 86.0, it is going to tell you so and you can see that it is below 86.0 as well. To increase the volume, you must go to the file in Audacity and click on Effects and choose Amplify and choose whatever number you need. In this case, you should choose as much as 3 or even 5 would work. Then you have to re-save and re-upload. Are you clear on these issues. Please ask, if you need to. Jim
