I am interested in reading part 1. Why do we need a public library?
I am a retired public library director. It is a appropriate.
I guess I will go under my librivox name NGillfillan.

Yes, I am a newbie and will be submitting my first minute probably tomorrow.

I just realized that I don't think this is a good starting read for a newbie.
I'd still like to do one of the library readings, but the first one by Chalmer Hadley is now going to work.
I'm sorry to withdraw before I have started.

It's okay, we've all been there. ;) Try recording a poem or two, or a short work under 15 minutes in length. If you're using Audacity, you'll learn basic editing and clean up with our tutorials.

this one was interesting. I almost thought he was going to advocate for some sort of state censorship for a minute, but thankfully that wasn't his main point at all.

I would like to read a part of
The Reformed Librarie-Keeper (1650) by John Dury 1596-1680

I'd like to read only the final two letters, which seems to be the most important part of the book on gutenberg. Would that be ok with you?
