Welcome to this project. I will assign that chapter to you but first I need to know if you every completed your 1 minute test? If not you will need to do that before recording the chapter so we can be sure your technical specifications are set up correctly. Please ask if anything is confusing, ok? And welcome again.

EDIT: I am having trouble assigning that chapter to you but will reserve it for you until I can clear this up.

PL notes so I can find 'em easily later on:
Section VII: Mr. Seward refuses to meet the Rebel Commissioners... by grannaknits
1) Intermittent noise from 12:36.5 to the end (musical sound especially noticeable during 12:48.0-12:49.0)
2) Volume=91.1dB, MP3Gain suggested gain=-1.5dB

Section IX: Eighteen Hundred and Sixty-two... by DannyHauger
1) Stumble "the De.. Democratic or Copperhead party" at 16:11.4
2) Missing line "circumstances then existing. Many such meetings were held, condemning the Emancipation Proclamation and the sentence of Vallandigham. Great complaint was made" at 16:39.0
3) Stumble "close blockade, and very pu.. properly rejected" at 18:332.8
4) Volume=91.3dB, suggested gain=-3.0dB
