Section 7:

0:30 - I think the last name is pronounced "shay". :)

2:21 - "On the transmission of these to France, he, doubtless" - stumble in here (started an L sound that can be deleted out)

3:48-4:16 - "Authorities" - you can delete this portion, as it's not the main text. :)

thanks! :clap: question: i looked at the recording notes - how are footnotes handled - i would assume that they are read as they occur, at the first break, saying something like "footnote" .. then reading the note? :hmm:
