I'd like to read section 9 - Mass Drawing: Practical

I had read this book in the past when i was brushing up on my drawing skills, so I will love to be a part of this project as this book has helped me in my artistic endeavour.

Interesting observations! All the math talk in the beginning of this section had my head spinning a little, so I had to access the text and read along. I found a couple of errors.

At about 1:10-1:16 you said "and the 12-inch line being 1 point 6 point 5 times the 13-inch line." This should be "and the 21-inch line being 1.615 times the 13-inch line"
At about 1:51-1:54 you said "one point the square root of five..." This should be "one plus the square root of five..."

Oh, that's very easy math, he just describes the golden ratio...

I shouldn't have gotten that one wrong, sorry 'bout that.

Will correct asap.

I understood it when I looked at it, but just listening, I was lost.

I've heard of the golden ratio and didn't know what it meant, not being an art person. I didn't even connect that with what he was calling Phi.
