Welcome to LibriVox, dleggiero! You've joined an "interesting" group of volunteers.
Sections 16 and 17 were read well and would be listed as PL OK if it weren't for one small technical problem.
The audio level of each recording is just over our limit of 92 dB. Suppress each one about two dB and both recordings will be good to go. If you are not sure how to do that, just ask and one of us will be more than happy to serve as your tutor.
Welcome to LibriVox, rupiess9. It is my duty as DPL to warn you that LV can be habit forming and, if the reader is not careful, quite addictive. Thanks for joining our eclectic cadre of volunteers.
Section 21 was read well and would have been PL OK if it weren't for one little needed correction:
TIME: 00:00 The silent period at the beginning of the recording needs to be cut in half.
TIME: 02:34 TEXT: "or hold it in his mouth uneaten." COMMENT: This phrase is repeated.
TIME: 12:22 TEXT: "Clark, 1322 Twelfth Street, N. W., Washington, D. C." COMMENT: The "N." should be pronounced "North".
TIME: 12:52 TEXT: "4. Beak--high: stout: wide: hooked: long: lobes: drawn down." COMMENT: At the end of this phrase, the number "4" is repeated.
TIME: 14:02 COMMENT: The entire "Points to Observe" section is repeated and the closing has a bit of sound after the last word. It might be easiest to edit off everything after 14:02 and re-record the closing statement.
