Not 'way off' at all. More like just a couple of beats per minute between the singing and piano. I stretched the tempo on the piano to match and I think it lined up pretty well. But if you want to have a listen, timestamps are noted above, and if there are any that you aren't happy with (since it's your voice out there) we can re-do.
I'm fine with how they turned out! Nice job!
Like I said earlier, I'll make sure to actually sing along with the rest of them rather than just learning the tune and then recording it sans accompaniment. If you edit any of my others parts and find it difficult to line up let me know and I'll happily redo

Oh dear! Sorry if any of my singing is way off. I totally missed the instructions that said to match the tempo of the piano recording. Guess I wrongly assumed they would be inserted a cappella
I’d be happy to redo any that need it and will make sure to follow the tempos for the rest of my assigned vocal parts.

I originally created the piano recordings (or most of them, at least?) as an aid to the singer. I was also thinking that it would be a capella. Since I am no longer BC, I'd say it's Mozart's call. If you do it that way, then the only ones that would really matter much are the vocal duets.

I PM'd with Mozart before I started editing, and they requested piano and singing. We can make it work
I have proof listened the following with their musical insertions, and all are PL OK:
Section 5 PL OK
Section 7 PL OK
Section 9 PL OK
Section 16 PL OK
Section 18 PL OK
Section 22 PL
Section 30 PL OK
I hope I've understood my proof listening responsibilities. Feedback and corrections appreciated!
Best,
Barbara
Thanks! That's my thinking- you listen to make sure the right music is in the right place, and blended reasonably smoothly with the spoken voice. I hope my timestamps are helpful (but please keep in mind I might have missed recording one or two - so a scan through the text for music without a timestamp is good too)
