Section 65 Completed - I struggled a lot with the volume being within the acceptable range until I pushed the gain up. Any tips beyond the wiki articles to not have to constantly run the file through the checker just for volume range?
Feedback always welcome too!

I had a listen and I thought you did a great job. (Leni will be by soon to add your section to the Magic Window and she can mark it PL OK!)tanookirush wrote: ↑May 25th, 2022, 7:35 pm https://librivox.org/uploads/leni/allaboutcoffee_65_ukers_128kb.mp3

As for volume control, what I saw in your audio track is a great various in your volumes. I would like to recommend you use the Compressor Effect. When I get a moment, I will create such a file for you to listen to.

This is your section run through compressor and amplify. (I brought the new, stable volume down by 6dB. Please have a listen and open the file in your editing program. (Do you use Audacity?) If you have a visual example of the audio track, you'll see a marked difference from your file.

Hello,
I would like to claim section 31,32 and 33.
so that
The whole chapter: The Production and Consumption of Coffee will be covered.
I will try that the project won't become monotonous as there are more chances because of the names; names of the companies, names of many people.
Any tips on this?
And may I?

As to the being boring, whenever I read a section that I think could be boring, I try to give it some more intonation. That makes it is less boring for me to read, as well. And even though sometimes it sounds exaggerated when I am reading, when listening, usually that impression is not confirmed.
