I will DPL this book. I will also read the short Note at the beginning, so I'd appreciate a volunteer to PL that section for me when the time comes.

The chapters here are all fairly lengthy, except for the concluding chapter. Still, I estimate that the longest of them shouldn't be more than 45 minutes after editing, or an hour at the very most. If for some reason, you find that my estimate is way off and your recording is going longer than that, let me know! I'd prefer not to have to split these chapters apart, but of course we can if we have to.

I will assign chapter 1 to you, unless you'd prefer to start with a different one of the four, and when that one is complete, feel free to claim another!
