I have just one comment, which may not actually apply:
19:29: I hear "Unbreakable glass and unsteamable", text says "Unbreakable glass and unstreamable"

However, google doesn't tell me what "unstreamable" glass is - so if you were thinking this was a typo, that may make sense.

My brain must have skipped that "R". I went back and checked an actual scan of the book and the "R" is in there, so it was not a scanning error. I have rerecorded the line even though, as you say, it probably makes no difference at all

Section 11:
I think photo captions should not be read. From 1:56 to 2:11 should be removed.
6:55 to 6:58 - remove "Courtesy of Bohm Syphon Co.". The illustration text does seem to add information here, so I agree it should be read as you have done. But the credit is for the illustration, which we don't have.
12:58 - missing line "look up a little basket refrigerator which comes in many sizes and many prices."

Section 26:
2:01-2:16 - remove caption

There is a moderate amount of background noise in both these recordings, which would benefit from noise reduction.
