Hello, There seems to be a typo in the Vegetable section, it states: 1/2 UP vinegar. I presume this is meant to say CUP. Should I read exactly as the book states or change this to Cup? The section is below. Thanks in advance.

"PICKLED BEETS
Wash and boil beets until tender. Remove skins; slice or cut into quarters; cover with ½ up vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper and 1 tablespoon sugar."

Obvious typo so do please read as "cup."
