Just one comment: the eight-second gap between sections occurring at 18:50 may confuse listeners into assuming that the recording is done. Please shorten it to 1.5 to 2.0 seconds or so.

I am thinking those are repeat signs. So, "From A 1 to B 2 and repeat, then A 2 with development or A one to B one with repeat."
