Tragedy at Brookbend Cottage

~20:40 missing sentence "The post office occupied one side of a stationer's shop."
~33:24 repeat "It is his misfortune" :(
~39:16 missing sentence/ stumble/ repeat "Mr. Carlyle will be with you. They dispersed silently about the house."

An unfortunate ending :(

It is dated 1939, so probably isn’t PD. If it was on Gutenberg and marked “Public Domain in the US” we could rely on their checks, but without that, it’s no-go, I’m afraid.
