The most difficult recording I've done to date on LV

The result is admirable. But tell me more about the war cry at 0:55. Non reader voice sounds are not permitted in the recordings.

It's me. Couldn't leave it out, but did use effects deamplify and echo. I imagined him a member of the wolf clan. Had trouble restraining pine tree whisperings too....!

BTW I have notified elders in Six Nations, Pauline Johnson's home territory, that I'm doing this, asking for a blessing. Walking the edges of cultural appropriation each time I say, "this recording is in the public domain" with her poems. They have not responded.

Do you want me to take it out?

I asked my librarian about the noise, and she said, "no one would come here
if they weren't allowed to talk out loud." So I read out loud.

Thank you, Craig!
This is PL OK!
I will put the title in the Magic Window as Night (singular) as this appears to be the title on the text source. We can keep the recording as is.

"The Answer of the Suffragist" and "The World's Defense" are also PL OK. Is the latter a reply to the poem? or to Lady Margaret in general? (in other words, do I need to make sure that they come in this order in the collection, or it doesn't matter?)

I did find a C. W. in our author database. Doubt it is the same person, but it was either that or Anonymous. Do you have a preference?

Since it's your voice, it can stay! It was hard to tell; you did some editing! :D

Thanks Rapunzelina :D

I changed the audio to Night also and reuploaded.

Yes it was a reply to the previous poem so they can be together.

The Answer of the Suffragist (by Lady Margaret Sackville) might make it more clear.

Anonymous is fine. I just wondered if it was a man or a woman who responded.
