By the way, this issue of the Whiz Bang sure makes it seem Capt. Billy was the owner of the brand-new Breezy Point Lodge. It has expanded a wee bit in the intervening 100 years - maybe not quite as rustic as back then don'tcha know: https://breezypointresort.com/

I know you said you did a test recording several years ago, but I would strongly suggest you do another one. It is only to check out your technical specifications and overall setup, and so many things could change in the interim. I think a fresh report would be very beneficial.
