Yes, you may have section 3. However, you need to fix your export settings:

filename should be all lower case
bit rate should be 128 kbps
should be mono not stereo
bit rate should be constant
volume needs to be between 86 and 92 dB. The closer to 89 dB the better.

Then you'll be good to go. :)

After further consideration I think I will relinquish my claim to sections 8 and 12. When I claimed these I did not realise that they were spoof poems.
