When I tried to copy the link, it activated the recording, so after a few tries, I just wrote it down with pencil and typed it in. :?: :wink:

What link did you try to copy? The proper procedure is to copy the link info in the first post, save your edited file with that name only plugging in your initials. Upload it, then post the link provided.

I would guess Ellen is talking about the url of the mp3 in the Uploader. I know on my tablet I have to press-and-hold on the link until an options dialog box pops up where I can select ‘copy’, otherwise a short press/tap would probably just open the link

If that is the case, I always use my mouse to drag across the link and highlight it, then Control C (copy) , then Control V (paste) into a post. Next time, I'll try your method -- just to see if it works for me. And now she has two options.
