Thank you - PL OK (the end silence was a bit long - around 7 seconds I think - but I'm not that picky.) :)

Hmm. I don't find Richard Cory sympathetic, other than to the narrator/townspeople. :hmm: Perhaps the different perspective (outside on R.C. and Miniver's in this one) makes the difference. We have no idea what Richard was thinking.
