It's been a while since I've done one of these. Let me know if I have any problems. I still have the lossless files.

Greg
Thanks Greg, Just a couple of technical issues. Can you correct and resubmit?

Volume is low at 82.3 should be 86-92

There should be about 5 seconds silence at the end, you have less then one second.

James.

Greg, good job on those fixes, but now the bit rate is 192 and it should be 128kbps

Can you fix the bit rate and resubmit?

Very much better, File names is correct, opening silence is correct, and the noise reduction made a big difference.

Only one issues left, ending silence is less then 1 second it needs to be about 5 seconds. Please add a some silence at the end and you will be good.

Thanks Greg, It is PL ok now.

P.S. Thanks for your work at PG, most of my Calibre content is thanks to the work you and the others do over there.

Hello! I am brand new to LibriVox, and this is my first recording. I've always been a fan of old science fiction short stories...here's my attempt:

"The Eyes Have It", author Philip K. Dick
Audio URL: https://librivox.org/uploads/alg1001/ssf080_eyeshaveit_dick_jlc128kb.mp3
Text URL: https://www.gutenberg.org/files/31516/31516-h/31516-h.htm
Duration: 6 minutes 50 seconds
For the catalog, I'm unsure whether it's typical to use real names or user IDs, but I'd prefer my real name (Jeremy Clark).

Since this is my first submission, I'd appreciate any feedback (positive or negative)!

Thanks!
