what a disappointment for the poor people, eagerly expecting Lafayaette ! Interesting that i'd be two stories about Lafayette in a row...iBeScotty wrote: ↑June 9th, 2021, 9:51 pmAnd section 3, the bald eagle. It is like a little tableau of 19th century, small town americana

I loved the minute description of the people's doings and wherabouts. Somehow it reminded me of some scenes in Dickens, with tons of people talking together. And your blacksmith/general impersonation was simply wonderful loved it. Thanks !
PL ok

oh I have to thank you, for this beautiful narration, Tad. And the dialogues have been read so expressively, I'm sure you'll have fun in the drama projects as well. Maybe I'll be listening to you in one of the stage plays one of these days.TadDavis wrote: ↑June 13th, 2021, 4:43 pmSection 7 (Mary Magdalene) is available for review. Length is 18m 56s.

Only careful with the filename, this time we have over 10 sections, so we need a leading 0. I'll change the filename this time, since there are no other errors.

Thank you, Sonia. It was an interesting challenge, definitely different from anything I've done on Librivox before! I've done a couple of small parts in dramatic readings (the Hansom Cab mystery most recently) but no actual plays yet.Kitty wrote: ↑June 14th, 2021, 6:06 amoh I have to thank you, for this beautiful narration, Tad.
