Hi, I'm just checking in to make sure if Rokuro-kubi by Lafcadio Hearn is appropriate for this collection? It's from a collection of Japanese folk-horror stories and in the public domain. Relatively short as well, so I could probably read it in under 30 minutes.

Thanks!

Thank you, princess momoh! There are a few technical fixes needed. Will you be able to make it into a Constant 128 kbps bitrate?
Then the volume is a bit loud. Are you using Audacity? (If not, what are you using?) In Audacity you can adjust input level of your microphone from the Mixer Toolbar. Bring it down a notch or so, so that when you record the waveform peaks just above the 0.5 mark, and not all the way up/down.

Each project has a specific file-naming format, shown in the first post. When you are ready to export again, use this filename for your recording ghohor053_hauntedhouse_woolf_pm_128kb

Thank you, Princess! The volume dropped somewhat, but it's still OK. Aim for somewhere in-between these two situations
Congratulations on a complete recording and may there be many more!
