[COMPLETE] The Creeds of Christendom - tg
TriciaG and InTheDesert,
Corrected as requested.
Utilized Amplify Effect +3dB.
Now sent back via uploader with exact same file name.
https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/creedschristendom_39_various_128kb.mp3
For Next Project Section (#67). Is the Title of the section "The Confession of 1688 (the Philadelphia Confession)" all to be read at the start of the recording as the official title or simply "The Confession of 1688". Additionally, do I read all notes concerning Chapter replacements, deletions, and additions every time they occur including the closing small print? Only the smallest font/print at the beginning is not to be read/recorded, correct?
Respectfully,
cjzjr

If you want to in the future, you can run the Loudness Normalization effect at the end set to -19 LUFS and it will correct the levels for Librivox automatically.
For 67, I'd say use the full title "The Confession of 1688 (the Philadelphia Confession)". Yes please for the chapter replacement info. When it says "B. C." read "Baptist Confession". "W. C." is "Westminster Confession" and "Art." is "article".
Now that I re-read it, let's skip the first paragraph (Schaff's intro) and start at "It is a slight modification...". Since he's not giving it in full, that paragraph will tell the listener what is missing.
Thanks cjzjr. Have enjoyed your voice.

The other day I was able to record all the sections pertaining to "The Canons and Dogmatic Decrees of the Council of Trent", 31-37, a full five hours altogether.
I hope to be able to edit & export these over the course of the next week, here is the first:
The Canons and Dogmatic Decrees of the Council of Trent Session 3-5 A.D.1563
https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/creedschristendom_31_various_128kb.mp3
20:16
Given that almost a full twenty years separate the year "1563" and the initial sessions of the council, only the final sessions even close to it, I have read that date in the titles as "concluded 1563", to better harmonise it with the date stated in the section content which is otherwise in contradiction to it, for example here, "sessions 3-5, 1546".

Sounds like a sensible course of action. Looking forward to listening to it.mscllc wrote: ↑July 19th, 2021, 2:32 am The other day I was able to record all the sections pertaining to "The Canons and Dogmatic Decrees of the Council of Trent", 31-37, a full five hours altogether.

I will try to send one per day of the remaining sections, most of the others are about a half-hour in length.

Sorry for the aggravation! Definitely spaced out on the intro. Making these edits is trickier than I thought, but I will make all those corrections and upload a new file before the end of the month.InTheDesert wrote: ↑July 18th, 2021, 7:10 amTechnical specs are fine.TaraReynolds wrote: ↑July 17th, 2021, 4:48 pm Sorry about the delay! Will check for any PL notes next week. I know this is a longer one. Many thanks for the PL!

A required change:
In the disclaimer, it needs to say librivox.org (not .com)
Two optional changes:
Just before 13:10, you said Nicene (as in the creed). Earlier in this project it is pronounced Nye-Seen. It might be nice to have it consistent so that people know it's referring to the creed they just heard.
Just before 14:22 'Cyril' who I have always heard pronounced Si-rill in other contexts.
Both up to you.
Tara
This section on the Council of Trent is much briefer than the previous two:
