Good Evening:
The Old Goat
By Charles L. Fontenay
Read by Dale Grothmann
Time 6:51
Audio at:

Text at:
http://www.gutenberg.org/files/59693/59693-h/59693-h.htm
This is an old story, and I think, could be the basis for several "matter transfer" movies in the 50's and early 60's.
Thanks
Dale

Hello,
I would like to claim The Floating Island of Madness by Jason Kirby instead, for a project, if it's available.

What a great title! No one has done it for this collection. It seems to be nearly 11,000 words. Try to keep it under 70 minutes long. You could up the tempo a bit to shorten it if necessary.
Cheers,

I've been hatching this one for months. I really need to be better organised for this sort of thing, and keep to a better schedule for doing readings.

Just a quick note to say that I'm tracking all these recent posts and will be PLing in next few days -- I'm on a deadline for work and also loopy from following election returns here in GA, so probably won't be able to dig in on these til later tomorrow.

To be sure. Call it a New Year's resolution, then - I do want to contribute here more often in the coming year.

I'm still on holidays at the moment but am back at work next week, so while I've managed to post two stories this week it will probably take me a while before the next one.
