At ~1:10, I hear 'the window Malony' rather than 'the Widow Malony'
At ~11:17, I think I hear you read 'down to the rolly tracks' rather than 'down to the trolley tracks'
Could you fix those two places please?

I notice some electronic burp at ~1:36, but it isn't bad enough to make the chapter fail, so...
