As this is the first section I wondered if it should have the full disclaimer, but there is nothing about it in the first post

Well, I've been told different things about this from the admins, so I don't know if there is an actual policy on including the full disclaimer at the beginning, although I think that makes sense to me. We'll leave it as it is for now.
