Section 33:
2:14 - repeat: "and unchristened babes... and unchristened babes" (doesn't sound like "unchristened" exactly, but that spot)
Edit of false start made. Up at 8:51.

Where was the false start? I need to double check the file and would rather not listen to the whole thing again when I have other files to proof-listen as well. :)
(I had OK'd the file, so you didn't need to make any changes on it anyway.)

Thanks! I'll PL 50 some time today, and you're in for 49.

If you click on your name in the Magic Window (and open the link in a new tab), it'll take you to your reader page. Your catalog name is entered as Paul Harvey. If you click on the Reader Section Details list, you can see the sections you've asked to record and at what stage they are in the process. :)

Section 50 is PL OK.

The recording is really muffled, and in the second half or so I hear what I think might be noise cleaning artifacts (little gremlins in the audio left over from noise reduction).

I would suggest that if you are enjoying recording and plan to do it longer term, perhaps invest in a better microphone. I've heard good things of the Samson Go Mic, which is about $50 or so.

Just a thought. :)

Thanks for the suggestions. I already have a new mic on order. I bought a Rode NT1 which I was told would sound good. I'm still using an m-audio audio interface, which I will be upgrading at some point. I wonder if anyone has any suggestions on a good upgrade for the audio interface. Thanks in advance for your thoughts and suggestions.

It was an extra "not to" at 7:00. I also took out a couple long silences. Sorry, I'll get it right on the first go in future.

OK. I didn't notice any long silences - and some are good, to give the listener time to digest what has been said. For future consideration. ;)

I'll take a listen tomorrow. :)

Thanks! I'm working through these files now.

I heard a fallacy from the previous section the other day - might have been the "if you have shelter, food, and love, you have as much as rich folks" fallacy. :)
