Hi!

I ran both through the checker and they passed, but please let me know if I need to adjust at all! I think I tagged correctly, as per the instructions, but I'm not sure.

Hey silverquill!
Here's 04, . . .
and here's 16, . . .
Section 4 PL notes: Welcome to LibriVox! You are a great reader. The only issue is that there is too much silence at the end of the file (6+ seconds). We aim for 5 seconds of silence at the end of every file. Please re-upload and post in this thread when the file is ready for spot PL. Thanks!

Section 15 PL notes: Hi Keara! I can tell you are interested in theater because you are an awesome reader!! The only issue with Section 15 is that there is too much silence at the end of the file (6+ seconds). We aim for 5 seconds of silence at the end of every file. Please re-upload and post in this thread when the file is ready for spot PL. Thanks!

Hello!
Very pleased to be a part of this one. Here are my three sections:
. . .
Always happy to edit if need be. Thanks!! :)
Section 38 PL notes: Wow... very professional reading, Andrew! Just one fix needed: The volume of the file is too quiet at 86.8 dB (87-91 dB is acceptable, and we aim for 89 dB). To adjust the volume in Audacity, select the whole recording. Click Effect > Amplify. In the Amplification box, enter the number +2.2 dB. Verify that the file is around 89 dB using Checker, then re-upload using the same filename. Post in this thread when the file is ready for spot PL. Thanks so much!

Thanks very much!

Must have forgot to run this one through Checker - here's the updated version. Checker now says 88.5 for me. Time hasn't changed: 1:58

I've given you 30, but 51 I have marked saved for another reader who hasn't checked back. I will hold it for a bit longer, but if I don't get any response, I'll put you in for it.

Thanks!

In that case may I add 17?
