I am glad to hear that this book has caught your attention! But, before I can assign you any sections, please do the 1-minute-test. It is not an audition, just a way to make sure the technical specifications of your recording file are the right ones - that saves a massive amount of time when you do an actual chapter.

I am Lynda who is the BC or Book Coordinator who is coordinating this book. I am also DPL'ing or the Dedicated Proof Listener. Availle is the MC or Meta Coordinator. She does not get involved in the book process other than setting it up, unless I have problems and then at the end she compiles it. Usually for books there is a separate DPL, however as this is a small book I am doing both jobs - BC and DPL. So if you have any questions please direct them towards me

As for your recording it was very good!

Here is your feedback -

Intro – please start between .5 and 1 second – this is just a note for the future - you were just after 1 second so you are fine for this recording.
2:05 – said mouse – should be pronounced “mOOse” please change.
2:13 – please remove End of Recording
After you say your name please just leave 5 seconds of silence – you are over by a second or two.

So if you can make those 3 edits and then save the file again with the same name and export and upload it and post the link again I will have another listen to it. Please do not re-record the section - you need to learn how to edit your recordings. If you have any questions on how to do it feel free to message me!
