Hello Tyler,
Well done. 37 is PL OK however the volume on 38 is a bit low at 85.8dB. We aim for 89dB with an allowable range of 86-92dB.

If you want to check your specs yourself the Checker is a great little program developed for LibriVox. You can learn more about it here: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=36489
It's been over a month since PL. 38 was a straight amplification so I made the change and uploaded.

[/quote]The readings are great! They all need a round of noise cleaning and 36 also contains your test reading so that needs to be deleted.

If you need help with the corrections please post in the help forum. There are a number of readers who use chromebook. I'm sure someone there can help you.

Hi Linny

Really sorry to let you down but I've tried really hard to work out how to clean the noise, and tried to find others in the forum using chromebooks for advice. Everyone I've found so far has ended up using other computers or giving up until they have access to a PC/Mac - which I think I might have to do as well, as I am so very not technical enough to do the Linux back end workaround! I'm so sorry as I was really looking forward to contributing!!
