It’s not a super big deal and I don’t think you have to reupload those files (since I think Kikisaulite can change their names in the cataloging process but it’s more work for her), but going forward it would be best if you remembered to include _graves_ in the file name :D
Yikes! I changed em.

Where do I see PL notes? My reading has that message next to it. I have searched through a lot of the help topics and don't see it. Thanks to anyone who can help.

The notes for your section 148 are at the top of page 11 in the same post as the notes for section 123. It's dated July 18.

Hello! Welcome to Librivox! First things first:

In order to put your claim officially in the system, I have to put in a name for you to be credited by in the catalog. Do you want to be known by forum username, real name, or a pseudonym?

You'll need to do the 1-minute test before recording the parts you requested. Or, as an alternate, you can use the first 30 seconds or so of this recording as your test. However, I would recommend not to record the whole thing until you’ve gotten the OK on your test recording - that way, if there's something drastically wrong with your setup that requires you to re-do the whole recording, you won't have wasted your time.

Here’s the article explaining the 1 minute test: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=1-Minute_Test

And another article explaining recording in general for new readers: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Newbie_Guide_to_Recording

In the meantime, I’ll save the parts for you for a month (since you’re a newbie and they sometimes disappear)! Don’t hesitate to ask if you still have questions! :D

Thanks for the response to jenjened. I saw the initial response was to Chad and never read the rest of the message. I think I figured out the bitrate and the volume and am working on the mono vs stereo in garage band. Most of the instructions and videos are for the older versions of GB and I just don't get to those screens. But I will get it. I will do the one minute test asap.
