Section 22:
6:09 "governed" i hear "government"
7:09 "misrepresent" i hear "represent"
9:52 "no less inadequate" i hear "so less inadequate"
10:47 "to excite against them, or either or any of them" I hear "or either of them"
13:31 "and not in the Government over the people" i hear "and not the Government" (missed "in")
13:39 "his report said" i hear "the report said"
14:23 I don't think that capital I is a number 1, just bracketed to show that it was capitalized by the person who excerpted that quote. So no "one" there.
15:49 "never tested in this court" I hear "never tested in the court"
16:05 "has carried the day" I hear "was carried in the day"
18:15 "civil law of libel" I hear "civil law and libel"
18:43 "by such persons of a felony" I hear "by any such person"
22:02 "the public's access" I hear "the public access"
25:03 "an oft-cited statement of a like rule" I hear "an oft-cited case of a like rule"
26:52 "an opinion by Justice Burch" i hear "an opinion of Justice Burch"
27:55 "as a correct statement of the law" I hear "as to correct statement of the law"
29:10 Leave out numerical citation (I mostly ignore when it slips in but in this case the citation also reverses two of the numbers so it's also incorrect - so I would just delete it)
33:23 "in his official capacity" I hear "in his official capacitor"
37:51 "providing that" I hear "provides that"
40:15 "does not indicate malice" I hear "does not include malice"
46:43 "they did not, on their face" I hear "they do not, on their face"
47:52 "in holding that the trial court" I hear "in holding that the trial" ("court" missing)
48:50 "of governmental conduct" I hear "of government conduct"
49:14-49:18 Is citation needed?
50:47 "recognition of the conditional privilege" I hear "recognition of the constitutional privilege"

It's really surprising to me in editing my own work how many word skips or misreadings I glide right over on the first pass and catch on the second and I'm very sure that in the non-word-perfect PLs, so many are never caught (tho it doesn't really matter with non-word-perfect, as long as the result is listenable and changes are minor and don't change the overall meaning at all).
It's hard to do word perfect! In editing as well, especially since you've already been over the thing once and the prose is dense legalese, the mind does want to wander or assume that you are really seeing the words your brain thought you saw on the text. PL-ing is slow too, I have to take a lot of breaks to make sure my mind isn't wandering off too much.
I'm very impressed with everyone who is taking up the challenge of producing these court decision readings. These are all pretty significant cases so I'm sure they are assigned readings in different courses in high schools, colleges and grad schools and I know that people who find reading them challenging will appreciate having these out there. It's challenging prose to begin with and the word perfect requirement, the editing out of citations on the fly as you read, and the remembering he "quote/end of quote" and footnote insertions -- it's a high level project to be sure.
I have a niece and several friends who are smart, excellent and driven students and who enjoy reading but find it really hard due to various information processing disabilities like dyslexia. They find audio recordings invaluable -- I always think of those students when working on Librivox projects. I'm sure it's really exciting to find that there is an audio (non-robot-voice even) version of an obscure work that the person thinks, no way is there an audiobook of this -- and then on top of that it's free! I love being a part of making that happen.

Section 4:
Excellent reading - your pace is perfect and your diction is so clear!
One small change:
3:32 "at length roused against it" I hear "rousted against it"
Thank you!

Just also wanted to add that in a non-word-perfect PL format I would have skipped over the majority of these as the meaning does not seem to be essentially changed. It does feel extra picky and I don't want you or anyone to feel bad because minor changes happen always and it's not a big deal at all!
