I actually chose to put the "recording by section" at the end. Following what is on the page for the thread.

"END of recording"
At the end of the section, say:
"End of Section [number] This recording is in the public domain.”
If you wish, say:
"Recording by [your name], [city, your blog, podcast, web address]"
At the end of the book, say (in addition):
"End of The World’s Story Volume V: Italy, France, Spain and Portugal, edited by Eva March Tappan."

You would prefer it at the beginning?

it's not the "read by April" that is bothering me, I heard it at the end, but you totally forgot to mention Librivox, that's why we need to say "read for Librivox.org" at the beginning. Putting your name at the beginning or at the end is as you wish.

Now I understand from your explanation about the mention of LV at the beginning of the recording. I did as you mentioned and followed it with my name and info as it seems to "flow" more smoothly.

ehm, now sorry, maybe I wasn't clear enough. Now you added the first half of the full disclaimer, but for this short section we only need the shortened version.
This is what you would have to read at the beginning and nothing else:
"Section 64 of Italy, France, Spain and Portugal, read for LibriVox.org by April 6090.”
And then start with the title (as you did)

Sorry for the confusion. What I actually meant was, you had everything correct, only the small bit "read for LV" was missing. There was no need to do a full disclaimer.

well...let's put it this way, the disclaimer is correct now, so I can mark it PL ok. But as you may see, you confused the file numbers when you reuploaded. You named the Marie-Antoinette text "035" but it should have been "064". Now your new upload has replaced the already okayed file of Solferino with the Marie-Antoinette text.

Ok, here is what we will do, you don't have to do a new upload, this will only confuse things more. I make a note in the MW and will fix the sections in my folder this evening. I think that is much easier and safer to entangle the confusion.
