If we do meet again, why, we shall smile;
If not, why then, this parting was well made.

Eva, that was such a beautiful Bio ..... both in its writing and your heartfelt reading of it. It was lyrical in a way that I have never really seen in a preface before. I'm so glad it was included in this work and that you read it. It brings so much more understanding and empathy for the following poems!bluechien wrote:Intro here.

Hi Carolin!
I'd like to claim the last two sections here ... 30 and 31.
Eva Davis will be reading some lines in each that are said by a female voice, so if you can attribute both of us for each, that would be great!
Thanks,
Nemo

Sorry but I will not have the time to record Tannhauser, so I had better give it up. To be honest I think the English translation is rather insipid doggerel, not really worthy of the original.
Ask Algy to read this, I am sure he would be happy to.

Carolin, since Eva and I have both recorded this, I guess that means you are stuck with the PL job .... although if OK, I could "PL" her parts and she could "PL" mine and then we can post comments in the thread?
