Hi BriTea,
So when I say a footnote i have to say "Footnote, (then say the footnote) and say End Footnote?"

yes. when a footnote occurs in the text, usually it is best to complete the sentence in which it occured, then say "footnote", read the actual footnote, and then say "end of footnote", and then continue with the text. does that make sense?

Alright. So say footnotes at the end of the sentence?
"She came driving thither in a carriage and four and with a heyduck in attendance. Footnote A Hungarian Soldier End Footnote."

"She came driving thither in a carriage and four and with a heyduck in attendance. Footnote Heyduck: A Hungarian Soldier End Footnote."

I'm trying to edit The Two Princes but when I went to another audacity window to rerecord the piece I need to cut and paste that part into my recording I couldn't hit the play button. What do I do?

Just to be clear... You're trying to record a new track? If there is nothing already recorded in the window you have open, the play button will not function. There's nothing to play. To start recording, use the record button, the red circle. Does that help?
